- Really nice small venue The Brook in Portswood, Southampton - a fair few tribute bands and other stuff too
Swanage Blues Festival - festival organiser Steve Darrington does a great job putting on this event, great blues at the seaside! The March fest has just happened, next one is a Blues & Roots festival in October - well worth a visit

Red Jackson - blues n boogie from our ole buddy Teej Osborne and the two Phils
Nick Tann - singer songwriter, plays 12-string and sitar amongst other things - recently local too..
* Melting Pot - a gathering together, a collective if you will, of like-minded bands and musicians performing roots/folk/world type music
Michael Weston King - "classy song craft".
Jackie Leven - not easy to define but described by some as 'celtic soul'... poetic songs and guitar from enigmatic frontman of late-70's band DOLL BY DOLL
Sandy Pickett - Sandy spent time in the UK a few years back and became a customer and friend... she was inspired to produce 'Westgate' after playing gigs around Winchester
Kate Stables - aka 'This Is The Kit' - originally from Winchester, now in Paris.. Brian made her a beautiful electro-acoustic a few years back
Slim Lightfoot - ex front-man of Swamp Things, still doing his delta blues thang - occasional sightings of Slim in the precinct in Winchester
Chalky Gravell - Brian has fixed Matt Chalk's guitars, but we haven't managed to see him in action yet...
