The models in this new series are based on Hfner originals of the ´60s, '70s and ´80s. However, the Contemporary models are no yesterday's collectors' items, but designed for the tough live performance of today's guitarist. All Contemporary semi-acoustic instruments are fitted with a centre block for added sustain.
